We believe in being transparent about our impact and timing. RAOK ON is a passion project run alongside full-time jobs and family life, so the turnaround times shown are current averages from submission to connection and posting.
We review each nomination, pray over it, and reach out if we’re able to help. After you submit, you’ll immediately receive an email with a private tracking link so you can follow the process every step of the way.
Yes. You can choose whether the person knows who nominated them.
Yes. Donations are optional and help us fund more blessings.
Some nominations may be completed within a week, while others may take longer depending on funding, availability, and how quickly we’re able to reach the nominee.
We’ll try to reach your nominee on three separate occasions. If they don’t answer, we may leave a voicemail and send a text so they can verify who we are and schedule a convenient time to talk. If we’re unable to connect after three attempts, we’ll move on to another nomination and notify you by email.
Yes. If we’re unable to reach your nominee and complete the call after all of our contact attempts, we’ll let you know.
If the call is completed and selected to be posted, we’ll also notify you during the week the video goes live.
Not every RAOK Call is posted. We receive a lot of nominations and complete more calls than we are able to share on social media.
Even when a call is selected to be posted, editing and publishing may take some time. Refer to your private tracking link to see which step your nomination is currently in.

RAOK ON started around a fire with a simple idea: find fun, meaningful ways to bless people and remind them they’re not alone. We believe kindness can be simple, surprising, and powerful, whether it’s a phone call, a prayer, a gift, or help with a real need.
