We review the nomination, pray over it, and reach out if we’re able to help.
Yes. You can choose whether the person knows who nominated them.

Some nominations may be completed within a week, while others may take longer depending on funding, availability, and how quickly we’re able to reach the nominee.
On our first attempt, we’ll call once. If they don’t answer, we’ll send a text explaining who we are, why we’re reaching out, and include a link to RAOKon.com so they can confirm that the call is legitimate and not spam. We’ll then try calling them again.
If we still don’t hear back, we’ll try again on another day. At that point, we may leave a voicemail and ask them to text us back so we can schedule a time that works for them.
After trying to reach them on three separate days, if they still haven’t responded, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to move on to another nomination.
Yes. If we’re unable to reach your nominee and complete the call after all of our contact attempts, we’ll let you know.
If the call is completed and selected to be posted, we’ll also notify you during the week the video goes live.
Not every RAOK Call is posted. We receive a lot of nominations and complete more calls than we are able to share on social media.
Even when a call is selected to be posted, it may take some time before the video is edited and published. So, not seeing a video right away does not necessarily mean the call has not been completed.

Donations help provide gifts, groceries, bills, supplies, and surprise blessings for nominated individuals and families.
RAOK ON is currently a small kindness project, not a registered nonprofit.
